PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
CUT softened breadstick into 4 even pieces.
BAKE bread sticks for 12–15 minutes until golden brown, then let cool.
TOSS breadcrumbs in a medium baking pan with oil, salt, and pepper. Broil for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
COOK Li’l Smokies and mac & cheese according to package directions.
FILL breadsticks with the smoked sausage and top with mac & cheese. Sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs.
