By submitting an entry to the Smok-Y Maple Breakfast Sausage Links sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), brought to you by Smithfield Packaged Meats Corp. (“Sponsor”), entrant acknowledges and agrees that entrant has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by these official Sweepstakes rules (“Official Rules”). 

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and members of these employees’ immediate families and those living in the same household with these employees, are not eligible to enter or win.

How To Enter. The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00PM. ET on March 16th, 2026 and runs through 11:59 p.m. ET on March 23rd, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, comment on the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook (posted by @ucutefoods in collaboration with @eckrichmeats) with a maple leaf emoji and soap bar emoji, “like” the Sweepstakes post and be following both the Brand Partner’s page (@ucutefoods) and the Sponsor’s page (@eckrichmeats) during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must include the hashtag #sweeps or #sweepstakes. Entrant must be the natural person assigned to the Instagram and Facebook accounts. Limit one entry per person, per account. If you choose to enter using your mobile phone, standard message and data rates may apply.

Selection of Winners; Odds. 75 potential winners will be selected via random drawing on March 24th, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Notification and Verification. Potential winner(s) will be notified via direct message on the Entry platform and must respond within 24 hours and supply full name and address.  Potential winners may be required to display a copy of a valid government photo ID or sign any requested eligibility or release forms.  If a potential winner is disqualified for non-compliance with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining entries. 

Prize(s). 75  winners will receive a custom sausage-shaped soap bar with maple and smoky scents in a custom Eckrich-branded skillet holder, along with a coupon for a free pack of Eckrich sausage; value up to $31 Total ARV: $2,325. All prizes will be mailed to the winner’s address. Sponsor is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage in shipping. There will be no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Coupon terms and conditions apply. 

Disclaimer and Representations. Each winner assumes all liability for any injuries or damages caused or claimed to be caused by winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize and releases the Sponsor and Instagram and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, advertising agencies and all of their officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, “Releasees”), from any such liability. Releasees are not responsible for: the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor because of circumstances beyond its control. 

General.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual from participation in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor concludes, in its sole discretion, that such person has attempted to tamper with or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes, including entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means.  If there is a conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any marketing or entry materials used in connection with the Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern.  If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

Entry constitutes permission (except as prohibited by law) to use winner’s Instagram handle, name, home city and state for commercial purposes including advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

Winners List. For the name(s) of the winner(s), send request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to “Smok-Y Maple Breakfast Sausage Links” Sweepstakes, 111 Commerce St., Smithfield, VA 23430, Attn: Marketing Department-Winner’s list.  Be sure to specify the name of the sweepstakes for which you are requesting the list of winner(s). Request must be postmarked after Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor no later than 60 days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period.
