2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Big Ten Network, LLC, and the Big Ten Conference, Inc., and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and household members are ineligible. No attendance at a tailgate tour event is required. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

3. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 15, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, visit eckrich.com/ticketsweeps and complete and submit the online entry form with your first name, last name, valid email address and required age eligibility confirmation. QR codes displayed at Eckrich tailgate tour stops will direct visitors to the same entry form. Entry is free and available whether or not you attend an event, purchase a product, post a photograph or tag Eckrich. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of email address or method of access. Entries submitted by automated means, entries using false identities and entries that are incomplete, illegible or received after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or technical failures. Internet access and any applicable data charges are the entrant’s responsibility.

5. Drawing and Notification: On or about November 17, 2026, Sponsor or its designee will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will contact the potential winner at the email address provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after the notification is sent and, within the time specified by Sponsor, complete any eligibility affidavit, liability and publicity release (where permitted), tax documentation and other documents reasonably required to award and book the prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond or provide required documents on time, is ineligible or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The prize is awarded only after verification.

6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the 2026 Discover® Big Ten® Championship Game scheduled for December 5, 2026 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The prize consists of: (a) two (2) game tickets, with seating determined by Sponsor; (b) round trip economy class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near the winner’s residence to an airport serving Indianapolis, as determined by Sponsor; provided that, if the winner resides within 150 driving miles of Indianapolis, Sponsor will arrange round-trip ground transportation for the winner and guest between the winner’s residence and Indianapolis in lieu of airfare; and (c) one (1) standard double occupancy hotel room in or near Indianapolis for two (2) nights, December 4 and 5, 2026, with checkout on December 6, 2026, at a hotel determined by Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize package is $2,250. Actual value will vary based on the winner’s residence and travel arrangements. No difference between the stated ARV and actual value will be paid.

7. Travel Conditions and Expenses: Travel must take place December 4–6, 2026. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and have all identification and travel documents required by the airline and venue. The guest must be at least the age of majority in the guest’s state of residence and may be required to sign a liability and publicity release (where permitted) before travel. Sponsor will select flights, hotel and ticket locations, subject to availability. Travel and accommodations are subject to carrier, hotel, venue and ticket issuer terms and conditions. Except for ground transportation provided in lieu of airfare under Section 6, the prize does not include ground transportation, meals, baggage fees, parking, incidental hotel charges, travel insurance, souvenirs or any other expense not expressly listed above. Winner is responsible for all such expenses and any applicable taxes. No cash redemption, transfer or substitution by winner is permitted. Except as expressly provided for ground transportation in Section 6, Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or component becomes unavailable. If the game is canceled or rescheduled, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to provide a comparable substitute for the affected component. Winner will not receive any unused component as cash.

8. Taxes: Winner is responsible for federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding the prize and may report the prize value to the IRS as required by law.

9. Publicity and Privacy: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness and prize information for advertising and publicity about the Sweepstakes without additional compensation. Information submitted with an entry will be handled under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.smithfieldfoods.com/about-us/policies-disclosures/privacy-policy. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to enter or win.

10. Administration: Sponsor may disqualify a person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules or interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes. If technical failures, fraud or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate it, subject to applicable law, and, if feasible, award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the impairment. Sponsor’s decisions on administration and eligibility are final, subject to applicable law.

11. Release and Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants agree to release the following parties from all claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize: (a) Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies; and (b) Big Ten Network, LLC, the Big Ten Conference, Inc., and the Conference’s member institutions. The foregoing release also includes each listed party’s respective officers, directors, trustees, employees and agents. It does not cover claims that cannot legally be released. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, interruptions of online entry, or changes to flight, hotel or game schedules outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Disputes and Governing Law: Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. These Official Rules and any such dispute, claim or cause of action will be governed by Virginia law, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with entering the Sweepstakes, excluding attorneys’ fees, and entrants waive any right to recover punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages, or to have damages multiplied or increased. Nothing in this Section limits any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Winner Information: To request the winner’s name after the drawing, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Eckrich Big Ten Championship Sweepstakes Winner List, Smithfield Foods, Inc., 111 Commerce St., Smithfield, VA 23430 to be received by January 18, 2027.
