Directions
1WARM: Tortillas in a pan, flipping over after 15 seconds.
2HEAT: Ham in oil and set aside.
3IN SAME PAN: Sauté peppers.
4ADD: Eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
5ADD: Cheese and ham. Spoon onto tortillas.
6TOP: With sour cream and cilantro, if desired. Make Taco Tuesday proud.
7Tip: Instead of pan warming, wrap tortillas in a damp towel and microwave tortillas for 15 seconds. Or trade hard-shell tacos for soft tortillas.
