Directions
PLACE one slice of Pepper Jack cheese on slice of bread.
TOP with two slices of Eckrich Spicy Pineapple Ham.
ADD diced pineapple.
PLACE second slice of Pepper Jack cheese.
TOP with the second slice of bread.
SPRAY the skillet with olive oil and heat.
COOK sandwich until golden brown and then flip over.
