2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, For Brushing Grill 1/3 C Ketchup 1/3 C Packed Brown Sugar 1/4 C Soy Sauce 1/4 C Pineapple Juice 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced 1 (1-Inch) Knob Ginger, Finely Grated 1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar 14 Oz Eckrich® Li’l Smokies Original Cocktail Smoked Sausage 1/2 Pineapple, Peeled, Cored And Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes

Directions
1SOAK 30 to 40 small skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and brush grates with oil.
2COMBINE ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside for brushing skewers.
3THREAD 2 sausages widthwise onto skewers followed by one pineapple cube. Repeat with remaining sausage and pineapple.
4GRILL skewers, occasionally brushing with ketchup mixture, until sausages and pineapple are lightly charred, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
5SERVE skewers with remaining sauce and enjoy.
