1Spread each of 4 bread slices with 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Drizzle honey evenly over peanut butter. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon raisins. Top each with apple, turkey and second slice of bread.
2Cut diagonally in half. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
