Directions
1COOK: Pasta.
2BROWN: Turkey sausage in oil over medium heat. Set aside.
3IN SAME PAN: Brown garlic, onion and green pepper in a little more oil.
4STIR IN: Chili beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth and simmer. Add cooked pasta and sausage. Top with cheese and parsley if you like. A salad is the perfect sidekick.
5Swap: Substitute chili beans with bean of choice but add one teaspoon of paprika and one teaspoon of chili powder.
