- 2 whole Green pepper, chopped2 whole
- 1 lb. Dry pasta, your choice1 lb.
- 2 clove(s) Garlic, chopped2 clove(s)
- 16 oz. Can chili beans, undrained16 oz.
- 14 1/2 oz. Can diced tomato, undrained14 1/2 oz.
- 1 cup(s) Beef broth1 cup(s)
- 1 oz. Package taco seasoning1 oz.
- Mexican -style four cheese
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
COOK: Pasta.
BROWN: Turkey sausage in oil over medium heat. Set aside.
IN SAME PAN: Brown garlic, onion and green pepper in a little more oil.
STIR IN: Chili beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth and simmer. Add cooked pasta and sausage. Top with cheese and parsley if you like. A salad is the perfect sidekick.
Swap: Substitute chili beans with bean of choice but add one teaspoon of paprika and one teaspoon of chili powder.
