1 pkg(s) Eckrich Jalapeno & Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links 1 pkg(s) crescent rolls 1/2 lb. bacon 3 large eggs 6 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled 1 Tbsp. oil optional: jarred jalapenos optional: grated cheddar
Directions
1BROWN the Eckrich® sausages in a large skillet on stove top.
2COOK the bacon until desired crisp.
3FOLLOW the instructions on the crescent rolls and separate.
4LAY the bacon and sausages in the middle of the crescents.
5ADD jalapeños and shredded cheddar, if desired, and roll.
6PINCH the seams together and place kolache seam side down on a baking sheet.
7BAKE at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
8SERVE and enjoy!
