10 oz package Eckrich® Skinless Beef Polska Kielbasa, Biased Sliced 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced Thyme 1 1/2 Cups Half and Half 3/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Without Oil) Finely Chopped 8 oz Penne Pasta 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes Salt to Taste (Optional)

Directions
1HEAT olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat; add smoked sausage and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove smoked sausage and set aside.
2ADD sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, constantly stirring.
3ADD half and half, bring to a boil.
4ADD cheese and reduce the heat. Stir until the cheese melts, then reduce to a simmer.
5COOK pasta, drain, and add along with the smoked sausage into the skillet and stir.
6ADD red pepper flakes, garnish with thyme, and salt to taste.
