Directions
1CUT smoked sausage into thin slices.
2SAUTÉ smoked sausage slices in large skillet.
3ADD garlic as smoked sausage begins to brown around the edges; cook for one minute.
4ADD cream and Cajun seasoning to the skillet and stir until both are blended.
5BOIL Cajun cream mixture, then reduce heat and simmer for 3–4 minutes until cream begins to thicken.
6REMOVE skillet from heat and stir in parmesan. Then add pasta to skillet and toss to coat. Garnish with chives.
