CUT smoked sausage into thin slices.
SAUTÉ smoked sausage slices in large skillet.
ADD garlic as smoked sausage begins to brown around the edges; cook for one minute.
ADD cream and Cajun seasoning to the skillet and stir until both are blended.
BOIL Cajun cream mixture, then reduce heat and simmer for 3–4 minutes until cream begins to thicken.
REMOVE skillet from heat and stir in parmesan. Then add pasta to skillet and toss to coat. Garnish with chives.
