Directions
1Grill your Original Skinless Smoked Sausage to your liking. Slice each of piece in half, then slice each piece in half lengthwise. You should have a total of eight pieces.
2Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise. Give each piece of roll a quick toast. Place two pieces of sliced smoked sausage on each hoagie roll half.
3In a bowl, mix together the cucumber, red onion, hot sauce, ranch, and black pepper. Spoon sauce on each of your smoked sausage and hoagie rolls. Top with parsley and enjoy.
