- Eckrich Skinless Ropes
- 2 whole Large yellow onions, peeled and thinly sliced2 whole
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil1 Tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 Hot dog buns8
- Mustard for topping
- Ketchup for topping
FRY the onions in olive oil until slightly soft, and season with salt and pepper in a large skillet.
SLICE the sausages in thin coins , and fry over medium heat, stirring often, until golden brown.
COVER, turn heat to low, and keep warm until ready to eat.
FILL buns with sausage and onions, and serve with mustard and ketchup.
