12 - 14 oz. Eckrich Smoked Sausage 2 Tsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. baby red potatoes, cut into wedges 12 oz. package frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained 1 cup(s) whipping cream 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese salt pepper

Directions
1Cut sausage into ½-inch slices.
2Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and sausage to skillet and stir until cooked through.
3Add broccoli to skillet and simmer on low heat.
4In a separate saucepan, stir whipping cream over medium heat for two minutes. Reduce heat to low and whisk in shredded cheese until cheese is fully melted.
5Add salt and pepper to taste.
