1 pkg(s) Eckrich Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links 6 oz. pkg. cornbread muffin mix 2/3 cup(s) milk 1 large egg beaten 1 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
1HEAT oven to 425ºF.
2SPRAY a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3SLICE up Eckrich® Cheddar Links into 1-inch thick slices.
4COMBINE cornbread mix with milk and egg.
5STIR in cheese.
6SCOOP up filling and begin filling muffin tin.
7PLACE sausage slices on top of cornbread batter.
8BAKE for about 7-9 minutes (until golden brown).
