Directions
1PREHEAT oven to 375°F
2CUT smoked sausage into thin slices and set aside.
3HEAT rice, broth, and seasoning in a 2 ½ quart saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4ADD broccoli to saucepan and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
5MIX smoked sausage, tomatoes (with liquid), and ½ cup of cheese in with the rice and broccoli. Put into a 2-quart baking dish, then cover and bake for 20 minutes.
6SPRINKLE any extra cheese onto smoked sausage bake. Continue to bake uncovered for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
