1 pkg(s) Eckrich Cheddar Links, cut into ¼” sl 1 Tbsp. cut chives 3 clove(s) garlic, minced 1 whole green pepper, sliced 1 whole red pepper, sliced 1 whole onion, chopped 1 pkg(s) cheese tortellini 1 Tsp. dried oregano 1 whole jar marinara sauce 2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
1HEAT oven to 350°F.
2HEAT a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add sausage, cook until golden.
3ADD garlic, onion and bell peppers. Lower heat to medium and stir until vegetables are soft.
4COOK tortellini by following package instructions.
5STIR in cooked tortellini, oregano, marinara sauce and one cup of cheese.
6TOP with remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
