16 oz. bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix or 16 oz bag frozen broccoli
 
sliced green onions
 
Pre - made white or brown rice for four
 
1 Tbsp. peanut or other oil
 
sesame seeds
 
sesame oil

Directions
1HEAT UP: 4 servings pre-made white or brown rice.
2BROWN: Sausage sliced into ½" pieces and set aside.
3IN SAME PAN, HEAT: 1 tablespoon peanut, sesame or other oil, 1 16oz. bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix.
4ADD: 1 pkg stir-fry dry seasoning mix OR: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil (sesame or other).
5Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Grab those chopsticks.
