Veggie Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry

- 1 pkg(s) Stir-fry dry seasoning mix1 pkg(s)
OR:
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce2 Tbsp.
- 2 Tbsp. Honey2 Tbsp.
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame or other oil2 Tbsp.
- 1 Tsp. Vinegar1 Tsp.
- 16 oz. Bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix or 16 oz bag frozen broccoli16 oz.
- Sliced green onions
- Pre - made white or brown rice for four
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut or other oil1 Tbsp.
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
Instructions
HEAT UP: 4 servings pre-made white or brown rice.
BROWN: Sausage sliced into ½" pieces and set aside.
IN SAME PAN, HEAT: 1 tablespoon peanut, sesame or other oil, 1 16oz. bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix.
ADD: 1 pkg stir-fry dry seasoning mix OR: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil (sesame or other).
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Grab those chopsticks.
