Veggie Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry
HEAT UP: 4 servings pre-made white or brown rice.
BROWN: Sausage sliced into ½" pieces and set aside.
IN SAME PAN, HEAT: 1 tablespoon peanut, sesame or other oil, 1 16oz. bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix.
ADD: 1 pkg stir-fry dry seasoning mix OR: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil (sesame or other).
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Grab those chopsticks.
